This six unit condominium project located at 1093-1101 Chestnut Street in the Upper Falls neighborhood of Newton was completed in the fall of 2007. The development includes two duplex units, each duplex has one 2-bedroom unit and one 3-bedroom unit at the rear of the property and two detached units at the front facing the street.

The development contains four affordable and two market rate units.
