This 3 unit property is located on Pearl Street in the Newton Corner neighborhood. Each of the units contains 2 bedrooms and is occupied by formerly homeless families. One of the families moved into the property from Garfield House on of our transitional housing sites. The other two units are providing housing for formerly homeless veteran families. Funding for the project was provided in part by the City of Newton - CDBG and CPA funds.
